Public distribution system has been implemented in the state for food security of the poor. Under which the Food and Civil Supplies Department, under the state of Gujarat, the Director, Food and Civil Supplies Office plays a leading role. On the basis of which the district supply officers allocate for the talukas (villages) and urban talukas (zones). While taluka property owners / zonal officers give permits of commodities on a monthly basis for distribution to shops, kerosene retailers / ferries at reasonable prices. The relevant fair price shoppers have to obtain the amount stated in this permit from Godowns under the Gujarat State Civil Supplies Corporation. While the Government of India's Oil Co. By kerosene agents located in Neemle and district, the permissible amount of kerosene permits to be delivered to a reasonable price shop / kerosene retailer or doorstep delivery site.

Ration card
Generally, every family living within the state has the right to get a ration card. For this, the head of the family has to give complete details in the form prescribed by the state government in the prescribed form. As per the provisions of Citizen Charter, Taluka Mamlatdar Shri / Zonal Officer inspected the applicant's application and checked the location of the applicant, decided the category of card, got photos and bio matric details of the family head / members, issue barcode ration card. Under the barcoded ration card scheme, card holders are required to visit the e-gram / cyber café based on their biometric details and obtain barcoded coupons of the bulk of the commodities required to suit their card category. Individual coupons are printed on all items available to card holders on a bar-shaped coupon sheet of A-8 size. And on those coupons the card holder's name, the card number, the name of the shopkeeper to receive the amount from the store, all the details such as the amount of commodities available for that month, the price, etc. are also displayed. The state government will pay the coupon for Rs. W / - has been fixed. The cardholder's copy is also printed on the middle of the coupon sheet. Whereas the barcoded coupon on both ends of the A / 9 size paper sheet is required to be cut, as per the requirement, the amount printed on the coupon is to be paid to the shopkeeper / kerosene agent / feria at a reasonable price. In addition to the barcode coded ration card, the quantity of essential commodities received during the month of that year has to be recorded as well. In the coming days, barcoded ration card holders are also under consideration to provide arrangements for the quantity of essential commodities available at any reasonable price shop.

By applying barcode ration card and bio matric based coupon, coupons obtained at reasonable prices as per the above mentioned shopkeeper or retailer or farrier of Kerosene will also be required to reserve visit to Ingram / Cybercafe before the end of the month.
